Each day this week, we will highlight resources related to ergonomics that can help you with your at-home work set up or your on-campus one.Â
Today's "ergo-nuggets":
1. Have your own virtual ergonomic assessment. Email ³¢´Ç°ù¾±.³¢²¹³¾°ù´Ç³¦°ì°ª»å²¹±ô.³¦²¹â€‹ in the Environmental Health and Safety Office and be paired with an Occupational Therapy student who will remotely help determine how good your ergonomic set up is and give you some pointers on making the most of your current arrangement.
2. Join a live "" session presented by Dal Occupational Therapy students, available multiple times this week. Get some tips and ask some questions.
3. Consider these for adults aged 18-64 years of age. Review how much you exercise, sit and, yes, sleep.
