Faculty, students and staff are invited to free mindfulness sessions - learn about and practice mindfulness in a group led by experienced facilitators.  Every Tuesday. 12:35-1:25, CHEB 311. Supported by a 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ Workplace Wellness Grant.Â
