The Weldon Literary Moot is held every year to raise funds for Halifax Humanities 101 (a non-profit organization that provides university level humanities courses to members of the community who would not otherwise be able to afford it). The event is a mock trial based on a work of literature, featuring local actors, lawyers, judges and law students.Ìý
This year the Moot will be based on Bram Stoker's Dracula.Ìý
The Moot will take place on Wednesday, March 20th in room 105 of the Weldon Law Building from 7-9 pm.Ìý
