Weight Watchers offers many resources to help form positive habits for improved health and well-being and they are available to you at Dal. There are two options, attending Weight Watchers meetings or doing it all online. Weekly meetings will be held on Mondays at noon from September 14, 2015 to April 11, 2016. If you choose the online option you will have access to recipes, activity guides and more 24/7.
This will mark the first time that , making it convenient to register and choose payment options for those attending the on-campus meetings.
