To move forward as a leader, you need to manage relationships effectively: first with yourself, then with your supervisor, then with all those you serve, including your team. This program will help you learn to focus your time, energy, and resources to provide value and create results for your organization by better understanding how to engage your team in committing to those results. Participants will learn how to build supportive relationships and greatly increase their team’s capacity for change, improved results and productivity.
