We all know that exercise is important, but recent evidence suggests that sitting too much (especially sitting in front of the TV or computer) is linked with increased risk of death and disease, even if you are physically active. This talk will examine the relationship between sedentary behaviour and health, and offer ways that you can reduce the health impact of prolonged sitting.
