As of August 1, Human Resources has launched an online exit survey for employees who are leaving the university.
Ìý
This confidential tool will allow employees to provide feedback to Human Resources, and if they consent, to their immediate manager, supervisor or other leader on campus.
Ìý
Exit surveys provide valuable information to the university, including what employees look for in an organization and identify areas for improvement that will reduce future turnover and retain the best people. Ultimately, it will help make 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ a great place to work.
Ìý
Employees who are retiring or who are leaving for personal and/or other reasons will receive a link to the exit survey by Human Resources. If you are an employee that is leaving the university and have not yet been contacted, please email exit.survey@dal.ca. As a reminder, HR should be copied when notifying your supervisor about your decision to depart 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂ. In addition to the administrative processes this will trigger, it will also ensure that you receive the exit survey link in a timely manner.
Ìý
For more information about the exit survey, contact Angela MacMaster (494.1116) or Marlo Shinyei (494.2965).
