Is your dependent between the ages of 21-25 and enrolled as a full-time student? Under 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂ's Blue Cross policy, dependent children between the ages of 21 and 25 may be covered under your family plan. Student dependent coverage ends August 31st each year; dependents must then be re-registered for coverage at the beginning of each school year (September).

It is important that you complete a Student Dependent Registration Form should you wish to maintain coverage for your dependent while they are in school.
