Industrial Engineering Students Shawn Aucoin, Kevin Conrad, Megan Wiggins and Jill Withers won top university team and 2nd overall at the recent Brain War competition hosted by the Discovery Centre.聽 Competing against 36 other teams, the IE students finished the first round on February 22nd in the top 5, earning their way to the finals on February 27th. The competition involved each team "completing in a series of stations, each testing a different component or combination of skills such as reasoning, problem solving, logic, spatial manipulation, memory and cognition鈥� (from the Discovery Centre website).
