POSITION: Teaching Assistant (1 position)

DEPARTMENT: School of Social Work

PAY RATE: As per collective agreement

WORK ASSIGNMENT:
#1. Teaching Assistant for SLWK 6001 Section 08: Anti-Oppressive Social Work
Practice (taught by Distance) from October to December 2013 for 90 hours.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Enrolment in the MSW program; alternatively, a
graduate of a Social Work program.聽 Applicants must have knowledge of and be
prepared for the on-line demands of intensive social work education coupled
with reasonable expectations of students. Applicants must have excellent
communication skills, energy, and enthusiasm. Previous instructional and
evaluation experience is also an asset.
