What is a competency model and how might it be useful? What does successful leadership look like at 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂ, and how does it impact you? We want to hear from you! This session, open to all interested faculty and staff, is your opportunity to review these concepts and provide input on the recently developed 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ leadership competency model.
