Effective May 1, 2013 the EH&S Office will introduce its new 鈥淟aboratory Decommissioning Procedures Checklist鈥�. This checklist must be used in all instances when a lab is to undergo renovations or when a faculty member vacates his/her laboratory space. The checklist can be found on the EH&S web site () under the Quick Links section on the home page.
