9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂ’s Department of Facilities Management (FM) is pleased to announce that there will be no increase in the 2013-14 trades charge-out rates for 2nd consecutive year, with the exception of slight increases in Security, Custodial, and Grounds (effective April 1, 2013).

Facilities Management charge-out rates are structured to reflect the full cost of services provided across campus, including maintenance, custodial services, waste management, grounds keeping, security services, and project work. Charge-out rates are available on the Facilities Management website at , under Services.
