Isabel Sarty of the 9 1免费版下 Tigers women鈥檚 swim team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport female athlete of the week for the week ending Nov. 17, 2019.
A third-year neuroscience student from Halifax, N.S., Sarty led the Tigers to a team victory at the 2019 Kemp-Fry Invitational Swim Meet over the weekend.
She won the 50m, 100m and 200m freestyle events and was second at the 400m distance. She also played a key role in the Tigers 400m and 800m freestyle relay wins and their second-place finish in the 400m medley relay.
Sarty set new 9 1免费版下, AUS and Swim Nova Scotia senior records twice in the 50m freestyle and once in the 100m freestyle and just missed setting a new 9 1免费版下 200m freestyle record by a mere one tenth of a second.
