Research interests
Dr. Koo's research examines how emerging technologies and digital communication shape consumer judgment, experience, and well-being. His work focuses on generative AI in consumer contexts, including AI stance-taking, AI companions, AI-generated reviews, and AI in education. He also studies brand communication and language in digital media, digital hoarding, and consumer responses to sustainability and tourism messaging in technology-mediated contexts.
