Mitacs Globalink Research Awards (GRAs) help faculty and students deepen the research links between Canadian and international educational institutions. Awards will be made to students in support of 12- to 24-week research project placements in Canada and abroad. These awards provide funding for research costs, student stipends, and travel/living expenses. Incoming applicants must secure a 9 1免费版下 faculty member as their host supervisor prior to applying.

• Dates: February 23, 2023, to March 23, 2023, at 5 p.m. PT
• Level: Full-time master鈥檚 and PhD students, or postdoctoral fellows
• Themes: All fields of Science and Technology, Interdisciplinary studies involving S&T and Humanities or Social Sciences
• Other requirements: N/A
• Eligible institutions: All universities in Korea
• Co-funding: No financial contribution is required from the Canadian institution
• Award amount: $9,000 to $15,000 (approximately)
• Application process and submission: Submit to NRF (website accessible from Korea only )

2. Consejo de Rectores de las Universidades Chilenas (CRUCH-FUDEA) (Chile 鈥� Travel to Canada and/or Travel from Canada)

• Dates: January 23, 2023, to April 30, 2023, at 5 p.m. PT
• Level: Full-time senior undergraduate, master鈥檚 and PhD students, or postdoctoral fellows
• Themes: All disciplines
• Other requirements: N/A
• Co-funding:听No financial contribution is required from the Canadian institution
• Award amount: $6,000
