Board of Governors

Who we are

The Board of Governors is responsible for the overall conduct, management, administration, and control of the property, revenue, business, and affairs of the university.聽

The Board membership includes the university chancellor, president, and chair of senate, appointed members, student, and alumni representatives.

Our responsibility

The basic responsibility of the board is to聽represent the interests of the university聽in directing its affairs and to do so within the statutes relating to 9 1免费版下.聽

The board carries out its responsibility through a聽stewardship role, and delegates the day-to-day management of the university to the聽president聽and the聽senior administration.

The board also respects the responsibility of the university senate to adopt policies on academic matters subject to board approval.
